EKOKUA is the official database of the Hawaii State Judiciary. There, you can look up cases on anyone who has a criminal conviction in Hawaii, and/or who has a restraining order against him. You can find people based on name, or you can find cases based on case number. You can also enter vehicle license plate numbers, and see if tickets were issued to people who are associated with that vehicle.
